Hicks Professional Painters and Decorators was founded in 2004 by Michael J Hicks, whose vision was to provide a high-quality painting & decorating service. He began his career in 1995, working for a well-established decorating company, where he gained valuable experience over 9 years. 
 
 During this time, he was involved in some of the more demanding of projects such as The Alexandra Palace and St James’ Court Hotel London, along with many building sites, factories, hotels, garden centres, bars, restaurants, and offices throughout the whole of the UK. This has given him a wealth of knowledge in the painting and decorating industry, and an extensive understanding of products. 
 
 Since 2004 we have gone from strength to strength, employing our own decorators and apprentices. Working all over the midlands and beyond, with over 30 years’ experience, we have an outstanding reputation for both high quality and exceptional customer service. The high number of repeat customers and recommendations is a testament to the first-class service given by our team.
